Add the note box inside the ticket management page
You can add a note box within the ticket management page and allow the staff to add notes about the ticket. These notes are general, as the rest of the staff have the ability to view your notes so you can add additional notes of their own. On the ticket, the notes will automatically appear above the ticket. If the ticket is long, you will need to go down constantly to see the notes.
