You'll often need to get a customer support email address to submit their questions or issues. Setting up email tubes for these emails allows you to become tickets within your WHMCS system.

Steps to Prepare Email Pipes in WHMCS:

Step 1: Go to WHMCS management and log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to Setup, then to the Support box, and then to Support Departments from the drop-down list.

Step 3: Import the tickets through e-mail agents and copy all the words after the user name and the home page on the route.

Step 4: Log in to your cPanel account

Step 5: Select the category for e-mail messages and click on the forwarding option

Step 6: Click the Add Forwarder icon

Step 7: Enter the email within the Email submission box.

Step 8: Click the Advanced Options icon

Step 9: Press a tube to the program and here is the text that was copied before

Step 10: Click the Add Proxy icon
