Steps to access the Localization tab:
Step 1: Go to your WHMCS administrator and sign in
Step 2: Go to Settings and then select General Settings
Step 3: Select the Localization tab
Step 4: This is how you have reached the Localization tab. You can now fill in the settings to suit your needs
Step 5: Click the Save Changes icon .
Settings within the Localization tab:
System Characters: The default system is set as utf-8
Date format: You can specify the style to display the date and time for administrators and employees (date and time are entered digitally)
Client date format: Here is the style to display the date to your customers
Default Country: Select your country
Default language: Language selection (whmcs support) Language selection You can choose your own language
Enable language menu: You can select that option in order to allow users to change their system roll
Removing UTF-8 Extended Characters: You can select that box in order to remove 4 characters automatically, such as icons from customer ticket sites and e-mail messages
