Keep e-mails from losing after server name changes.

After completing the steps we talked about earlier in an article about how to transfer e-mail messages from the old host to your reseller account, some users may experience problems such as loss of e-mail, so you should follow our guidelines within that article to avoid the problem. Tips for not losing emails: -

Before you transfer the messages to the new server you can create an email proxy on the old host so that a third party will be established to receive all the messages without any loss of messages and from the email that you can create an account as a third party Yahoo, Gmail, HotMail
Before routing your domain to InMotion name servers, create an e-mail proxy on the old host. Create it to transfer any e-mail messages to a third-party e-mail address, such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, HotMail, etc.

Check email on your old host using its webmail interface. You'll need to use their server name instead of your domain name where the domain will indicate InMotion. For example, you can use webmail.server123abc.oldhost.com instead of webmail.example.com.
